Are you ready to take a deep dive into the science and practice of managing high performing macadamia orchard systems? Then the industry’s first Masterclass in Macadamia Management, beginning in September this year, could be for you.
The masterclass, which has been developed by the AMS in partnership with horticultural peak bodies, leading universities, research agencies and private sector experts, is designed especially for experienced orchard managers who are looking to develop high level skills in growing macadamias.
Its aims are to help participants understand the complexities of the macadamia production system and the roles of emerging technology, so they can apply this knowledge to managing a profitable and sustainable operation into the future.
Interested in taking the plunge and joining the select group of participants in the masterclass? The AMS is seeking expressions of interest for the first intake of farm managers to take advantage of this unique opportunity and become the industry’s first graduates.
Places are limited so if you are ready to be challenged and take this deep dive into the science and practice of managing high production orchard systems, submit your expression of interest for the Masterclass in Macadamia Management now.
Only current macadamia farm managers with at least two years’ management or supervisory experience in macadamias or a related agricultural industry are eligible to apply.
Because of the advanced nature of the masterclass, participants must be prepared to invest the time to attend the full, 12-month program, including face-to-face workshops and field trips, and to commit to using an online learning platform.
