The 2026 AMS Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 21 October 2026 as a hybrid meeting.

In person at the Brisbane Showgrounds, Royal International Convention Centre Hall B, Brisbane, and online via MS Teams (meeting link to follow registration), commencing at 4.45pm (AEST). If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can participate by appointing a proxy, to represent you and vote at the meeting.

How to register

The AGM will follow the requirements of our constitution as set out in the Notice of Meeting which has been emailed to AMS members.
