Macadamia Farm Management is expanding and looking for experienced Machine/Tractor Operators to join our team! 🌱 We're a leader in large-scale macadamia production, based in the Bundaberg and Childers regions, and due to growth, we have new opportunities available.

About the Role:

• Start as casual (full-time hours) with potential for permanent placement
• Operate machinery for slashing, mowing, spreading, mulching, fertigating, harvesting, spraying, and more
• Drive quad bikes and buggies
• Maintain equipment by keeping it clean, greased, oiled, and ready to go
• Use GPS and autosteer technology
• Assist with general farm duties when needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who:✅ Takes pride in keeping their machine in top shape ✅ Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail ✅ Is open to learning new technology and adapting to new ways of working ✅ Has permanent working rights in Australia

Requirements:

• Prior machinery operating experience
• Physically fit and comfortable with farm labour
• Willing to learn GPS and digital tools for recording information
• Valid QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Flexible for day and night shifts
