Marquis Macadamias will be providing suppliers with the chance to undertake chemical user’s training – both an initial course and a refresher course this year, through TAFE NSW.   

TAFE NSW in continuously monitoring the COVID19 situation and following Health Authority informed Government advice for course delivery. The numbers in each course is limited to 15 participants so we are running multiple dates. 

The details are as follows: 

FULL COURSE

For those who have not completed chemical users training previously or who’s certificates have expired more than 6 months ago, you will need to complete this course.  

The chemical training courses will cover the requirements to achieve Australian Qualifications Framework Level 3 (AQF3) which is required by anyone applying pesticides as part of their job or an owner operator.  

Dates: Friday 16th October and Friday 23rd October. The number of days run will depend on numbers.  

Times:  8.30am – 4pm   

Location: Wollongbar TAFE, Sneaths Rd, Wollongbar NSW 2477 

Cost: $220 per person (discounted rate) 

Payment: All payments are to be made to Marquis Macadamias Lismore by Cash, Creditcard or direct Transfer. 

REFRESHER COURSE

For those who have completed chemical users training (AQF3) and their certificate has expired recently or will expire soon, the following date(s) are available.  

Dates: Thursday 29th October and Friday 30th October 

Times:  8.30am – 12pm   

Location: Wollongbar TAFE, Sneaths Rd, Wollongbar NSW 2477 

Cost: $160 per person (discounted rate) 

Payment: All payments are to be made to Marquis Macadamias Lismore by Cash, Creditcard or direct Transfer.
