We are pleased to invite you to the premier event on the Australian macadamia industry calendar, the 2018 Australian Macadamia Industry Conference, at Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast from 13-15 November 2018.

This is a tremendously successful event that continues to attract record numbers of delegates from Australia and all over the world. More than 300 macadamia growers, marketers, processors, researchers, suppliers and investors are expected to come together to exchange ideas and learn about the latest industry developments and cutting-edge research.

The Program

The 2018 Conference program comprises a great mix of practical workshops, information sessions, on-site trade and machinery expos and social networking.

We’re covering all the key and emerging issues like IPM, new technology, soil health and nutrition, irrigation, pollination, on-farm quality, new orchards, nurseries, new varietal information and a comprehensive report on the International Macadamia Symposium in China prior to the AMS Conference. For more info on key topics and speakers already confirmed for the event, click here for the conference flyer.

The event has been expanded to three days, kicking off with a range of workshops, golf on the magnificent PGA championship course, the opening of the machinery expo and then the welcome cocktail reception by the pool. This will be followed by two days of information sessions and presentations. The Conference concludes with the gala awards dinner, celebrating the remarkable achievements of our industry. All these events will be staged at the one magnificent venue, ensuring delegates can easily get involved in as many activities as they like.

Sponsors

Please read the following important points in relation to sponsorship at this event.

1. Businesses wishing to sponsor conference events and activities will be required to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to the AMS as soon as possible to secure their preferred sponsorship.

2. Sponsorships will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval by the AMS Sponsorship Committee.

3. Sponsorships will be assigned when the EOI form has been received by the AMS (and approved by Committee), booking form completed and 50% payment received.

Exhibitors

Businesses wishing to exhibit at the trade show or machinery expo do not need to complete an EOI form. Just complete the Booking Form and the Royal Pines Resort Contractor and Exhibitor Manual, only.
