Congratulations to Michael Waring of MWT Foods on completing a 6-year term as Chairman of the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC).

Michael brought experience, diplomacy, energy and vision to this role - qualities essential for steering the international nut and dried fruit industry through a period of growth, opportunity and complexity.

It has been an honour to have an Australian at the helm, and the Australian macadamia industry is immensely proud to have been represented with such integrity and professionalism.

Michael recently handed over the reins at the 42nd World Nut and Dried Fruit Congress, held earlier this month in Mallorca. We warmly congratulate Ashok Krishen of Olam Food Ingredients, Singapore, on his appointment as the new INC Chairman and wish him every success in the role.
