Last month, our market development manager Laura Davies was on the ground at Gulfood - The World's Biggest F&B Event, connecting with the global nut and ingredient community and building momentum in key markets.

The event highlighted the value of the ongoing partnership between Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) and Trade and Investment Queensland, working together to support Australian growers and exporters as they expand their international footprint.

We also welcomed strong engagement through INC (International Nut and Dried Fruit Council), which provides an important platform for connection, knowledge-sharing and industry alignment as the macadamia category continues to grow globally.

While Australian macadamias are still relatively new in the UAE, Gulfood played an important role in listening, learning and laying the groundwork for future opportunities.
